Development Progress Update - Autumn 2024

• Phase 1 sold to David Wilson Homes who received reserved matters permission for 107 houses on 24th September 2024. First homes due March 2025.

• Phase 2 sold to Taylor Wimpey, who have submitted a reserved matter application. First homes programmed for late 2025/early 2026.

• Fencing and landscaping works ongoing on the former golf course, which should be opened to the public in early 2025.

• Works on the new traffic light junction on the Much Wenlock Road commenced October 2024.

• Acquired the JPE Quarry. JPE will be leaving site in December 2024.

• Works commenced on Phase 1 of the quarry.

• Woking up detailed proposals to bring the sports pitches back into use.
