Our Vision for
BENTHALL GRANGE
An Exciting New Community
An Exciting New Community
Harworths vision for the former Ironbridge Power Station site is to create an inclusive and sustainable community that truly integrates with its diverse historical roots; recognising the UNESCO World Heritage Site in close proximity to the site and promoting the local vernacular.
Development of outstanding quality and sustainability credentials, will help establish the area as an accessible and attractive community that is well integrated into the surrounding local network of roads, footpaths and open spaces.
The development is committed to delivering inclusiveness aspirations for all users and, as such, to provide a lasting legacy for Ironbridge Power Station and the surrounding villages. The residential development and wider ancillary uses will establish a series of new neighbourhoods that are the foundations for an attractive community within its unique setting. Given the proximity of the World Heritage Site, the proposals have carefully been integrated with its natural surroundings and the existing fabric of the surrounding villages.
Work-Life Balance
Benthall Grange will deliver employment, neighbourhood, recreational and leisure space, which will provide employment opportunities alongside on-site facilities for residents and visitors.
